Toyota Financial Services is one of the leading financial services organizations in the U.S. Toyota Financial Services/Lexus Financial Services (TFS/LFS) offers an extensive line of financing plans and insurance products to Toyota and Lexus dealers and their customers. TFS/LFS serves the U.S. market (including Puerto Rico, excluding Hawaii). TFS has three Customer Service Centers in the U.S. (Owings Mills, MD, Cedar Rapids, IA and Chandler, AZ) The Customer Service Centers are responsible for servicing Scion, Toyota and Lexus customer accounts. In addition to the Customer Service Centers, TFS has thirty Dealer Sales & Service offices across the U.S. TFS employs over 3,000 associates across the U.S.

Work Environment

TFS incoporates kaizen (continuous improvement) into associate performance. We are constantly striving to improve our performance. Our enviornment is a pay for performance culture with regular feedback and goal setting occuring on a monthly basis. Associates must be able to work varying schedules and flexibility is essential in our ever-changing enviornment. Attendance is critical to success as a TFS associate. Several TFS departments offer monthly incentives.
