About the Company

Junior Achievement is the world’s largest and fastest-growing organization dedicated to educating young people about work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Through age-appropriate curricula, JA programs begin in kindergarten and continue through the twelfth grade, teaching kids how they can impact the world around them as individuals, workers and consumers while inspiring and preparing them to succeed in a global economy. Locally, 37,575 students participate in the programs.

Work Environment

Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa has long been recognized as a top performing non-profit organization, both within JA Worldwide and within the local community. Employees work at a high pace and are encouraged to find new ways to do common tasks. The hours are typically Mon-Fri 8-5 with a few night and weekend events. It is a high energy team that has a lot of fun while helping local students!
