Stainless Steel Fabrication Welding & Polishing
The fabrication and polishing of stainless steel has set D.A.D apart for 25 years.
Welding stainless steel usually involves welding sheet material that tends to warp under heat and lose its engineered shape and flatness. D.A.D. has developed processes to hold product shape and retain dimensional tolerances.
We polish stainless steel to meet the requirements of the most discerning customer specifications of 2B cosmetic, #4 sanitary and #8 mirror finishes. Craftsman at D.A.D. hand polish most finishes to the most critical customer standards of RA values and color standards.
In recent years we've developed the capability to hold exacting tolerances with large fabrications such as +/- I millimeter (when required) on weldments that are 10 feet long and might weigh 2300 pounds.
Our skill and speed in prototyping makes it affordable to develop, assemble, and weld fixturing so our quality is consistent and statistically repeatable.
