Work Environment

We have 83 employee, 2 outside of Iowa and 2 part time. It is a union environment. The production runs 24/7 with four shifts - 2 day, 6 am - 6 pm and 2 night, 6 pm - 6 am. We strive for excellence in producing quality product right the first time.
