Events

Festivals and events are what the Corridor is known for!  In fact, there are so many, you’ll need to check back for spring and summer events! But while you are here, we’ll give you a taste of fall events that are sure to be hits.  For example, the Cedar Rapids Downtown District hosts farmers markets, which are described as “a market on steroids!”, pub crawls, and a holiday fire and ice festival.  If that’s not enough, the Iowa City area celebrates Fry Fest, which includes three concerts in one evening.  And, if those things aren’t enough…the New Bohemia neighborhood hosts an arts festival, Legional Arts brings over 200 world musicans to Cedar Rapids for the Landfall Festival, and a local brewery hosts the Festival of Iowa Beers…whew!  That’s just a few things to look forward to in the fall…trust us, you’ll find plenty of events going on all year in the Corridor!
