We will also recruit candidates through TFS’ “Making Life Easier” scholarship program.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Received a scholarship based on financial need
- Enrolled in an accredited professional trade school, community college or university
- Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher.
- In good standing in the community and at school (i.e. not on disciplinary or academic probation)
- Junior-level status preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes)
- Self-motivated and a disciplined work ethic
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities

Provide set up and support for all SecurityCoverage products including: Online Backup, Password Genie, and SecureIT Plus
Provide troubleshooting services as they relate to: networking issues, home electronics, mobile phone and various PC devices
Work with customer to optimize security settings within the Operating System
Work with customer to transfer files, e-mail and Internet favorites from an existing computer
Provide customer training on Windows Vista, 7 and MAC OS X
Provide customer training on Microsoft Windows, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Overview
