Job Overview
Provide advanced level technical support to customers.  All troubleshooting is done remotely from our call center.

Primary Responsibilities
 Answer all inbound technical support phone calls and answer all customer service related questions
 Remove viruses and spyware, troubleshoot client issues
 Provide set up and support for all SecurityCoverage products including: Online Backup, Password Genie, and SecureIT Plus
 Provide troubleshooting services as they relate to: networking issues, home electronics, mobile phone and various PC devices
 Work with customer to optimize security settings within the Operating System
 Work with customer to transfer files, e-mail and Internet favorites from an existing computer
 Provide customer training on Windows Vista, 7 and MAC OS X
 Provide customer training on Microsoft Windows, Excel and PowerPoint
 Track and record each phone call and provide a detailed description of the call
 Educate customers on the Customization and use of the Operating System
 Provide back up assistance for other technicians as needed
 Special projects as assigned

Skills Required
 Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
 Two year degree or equivalent work experience
 Strong computer background
 Prior technical support experience a must
 Prior experience in a customer service atmosphere a plus
 Strong ability to multi-task
 Individual must be comfortable and enjoy being on the phone and be dedicated to providing world class customer service
 Team player who works well under pressure
